37th Japanese Association of Orthodontists Convention in Miyazaki

A two-day convention with "interaction" as its theme will be held in an aim for deeper interactions with patients, between orthodontists, between orthodontists and staff members, with orthodontists from abroad, and various other kinds of interactions in the world of orthodontics.
The convention will consist of special lectures by staff members and doctors, a convivial party, a symposium with guest speakers from other Asian countries, and more. We are asking Governor Higashikokubaru, who has made Miyazaki famous all across the country, to join us. Miyazaki has many delicious foods such as Miyazaki beef, which has become the No. 1 beef in Japan, the local chicken, and mangoes. Please come and join us with your staff members and your families.
Please participate in casual clothes without neckties as we would like to make it a southern resort-type convention.

Special Lecture 2	"Activities of No. 1 Clinics by Patient Satisfaction Survey Research Wing" (Joint program between doctors and staff members) The current activities of the three clinics that have been evaluated the highest through the five indicators that have effects on overall customer satisfaction will be introduced in this symposium along with an introduction of their past experiences such as how they got to where they are now and their past failures, followed by discussions in the hall with those such as doctors and staff members.
